Hello! Thank you for taking the time to consider my help in your journey to wellness. I enjoy working with people of all ages of womanhood; in all stages of life from fertility to menopause. I have experience helping mothers in early pregnancy with things like morning sickness, heartburn, to helping their body prepare for labor and delivery. I've helped many with low milk supply or other breast feeding challenges and with general recovery during the postpartum period. I also work with people who have menopausal symptoms, menstrual irregularities, digestive problems, infertility, and chronic pain. I work in sync with the body's menstrual cycle and have found this to be key in aiding so many in finding overall wellness. I practice medicine in a way that can be a stand alone therapy or in conjunction with Western Medicine. I am passionate about empowering and educating my patients to embrace their bodies and find healing within. I believe taking the time to investigate my patients’ health history and teaching them about Chinese Medicine is what makes my practice successful. I feel strongly about women's healthcare and the right of every patient to have access to affordable, quality care. I received my Masters of Acupuncture Degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in 2006. I went on to finish the Traditional Chinese Medicine program after graduation and discovering my passion for Chinese herbs. I was born and raised in western North Dakota and now reside in St. Paul with my husband and our three kids.
