Mell Pulsifer is a home birth midwife who serves the Midcoast and Portland areas. Mell has a background in Biology with a degree from University of Maine, Orono. She went on to study midwifery at Birthwise Midwifery School in Bridgton, Maine where she graduated in 2016. During her time in midwifery school Mell trained with Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs) in Topsham, Vassalboro, and Belfast, Maine. She also provided doula services and childbirth education to homeless pregnant women at St Andre's home in Biddeford.
